What’s New
We’ve rebuilt the left-hand menu so the things you use every day are easier to find, and given the top of the app a new look.
Features
- Jump to… — type in the search box at the top of the menu to find any page or smart list, including ones tucked inside a group. Each result shows where it lives, and pressing Enter opens the first match.
- Pin anything — hover over any item in the menu (a page, a smart list, a report, a setting) and click the pin. It appears in a Pinned section right below “Jump to…”. Pins are saved for you on each team, so every team can have its own set, and they show up instantly when the page loads. Smart lists you’d already pinned carry over.
- Reorder your pins — hover a pinned item and drag the grip to put your pins in the order you want.
- Counts at a glance — Win the Day, Inbox, Tasks and the Trav Approval Queue now show a badge with what’s waiting: items left to win the day, unread conversations in your inboxes, tasks due today or overdue, and drafts waiting for approval. They update on their own as things change.
- Collapsible groups — click a section heading to show or hide the items under it. The menu remembers what you opened.
Improvements
- People, Companies, Groups & Ponds and Referrals now live together under People.
- Call Lists and Newsletters now live together under Communications.
- Trav AI, the AI inbox and the Approval Queue now live together under Trav AI.
- Automations has moved into Settings, under Pipeline & workflow.
- Settings, Support and Admin sit in a Manage section at the bottom of the menu, which you can collapse.
- The menu is a little wider, so longer names fit.
- A new header — the top of the app is now a dark bar that runs into the logo above the menu. Add new lead, Report A Bug, search, notifications and the AI assistant are all still there, just restyled.
