Improvement

Turn Conversational Intelligence on or off, and live transcripts no longer drop lines

Features

  • Conversational Intelligence switch. Owners and admins now have an on/off switch for Conversational Intelligence under Settings → Voice & Recording. It controls the AI analysis done after each call (sentiment, summary and suggested follow-ups), which is what uses your AI credits. Live transcription is provided by Twilio and does not use those credits, so calls are still transcribed when the switch is off and when the team is out of AI credits. It stays on for every team until someone turns it off. When it is on but your team has run out of AI credits, the page says analysis is paused and live transcription continues.

Improvements

  • Voice & Recording is available to every user. The page holds your own call-recording preference and your voicemail-drop recordings, but only owners and admins could find it in the settings menu. It now appears for everyone. Team-wide settings on that page are still limited to owners and admins.

Bug Fixes

  • Live transcripts no longer lose lines. When the caller and the agent finished speaking at almost the same moment, one of their lines could be missing from the call’s transcript. Both lines are now kept.
